This Privacy Policy establishes the terms for the treatment of personal data by L’ARS SERVICES – LEADING ADVANCED RESEARCH SUPPORT, S.L. (hereinafter “L’ARS”). L’ARS collects personal data for the purposes indicated below:

How long we keep your data?
Data from potential clients will be automatically eliminated after one year of not contracting any service. Data provided for the newsletter subscription will be kept until you express your wish to stop receiving L’ARS communications by contacting our office.

Employee and applicant data will be processed throughout the duration of said relationship and subsequently for the time necessary to respond to any ongoing employment-related issues that may arise. In the event that you have sent us your CV or interviewed for a job vacancy, your personal data will be archived for a period of one year after receipt, after which this information will be deleted from our systems if no employment relationship exists.
